Time to claim parcels (how and when)?

If you didn’t receive your parcel even though according to the tracking information it had been delivered you need to report a claim to our Support Team. 


It is very important to report missing parcels or missing/damaged products within 14 days after the receipt. If you report it after this time your claim will be rejected since we can’t start up a parcel investigation after this time.

It is important to mention your EQ ID number and the order number you would like to report to. See here: where to find my order number)


Before you issue the claim make sure that you searched for your parcel around your house, that you asked your neighbours and that you checked the tracking information thoroughly.
