Thanks to the 3FF programme you can receive your products for free. You just need to fulfill certain conditions to enjoy your free products. You can read more about 3FF rules using this link here:

How to check my 3FF status?
In order to check your 3FF status you need to click on -my account and then -my 3FF on the top right corner.
Scroll down a bit and you will find your 3FF status. Each chart corresponds to 1 product. You need at least 3 customers (3 separate accounts) with a specific product to receive it for free.
On the left, next to the picture depicting a specific product you can see the names of your customers/friends that contribute to your 3FF.
Take note: If you don’t see the name of your customer/s next to the image and you are sure that this person buys the product, you need to make sure that all the orders have already been processed and paid in the current qualifying period (the current calendar month). Very often your customers have different delivery periods, for example the fourth one (20-25 day). Before you contact our CS team, check your 3FF status after the 25th day of the month. All orders should have already been processed by that time.
Another reason why your customer’s name isn’t visible here might be the lack of payment. If your customers do not pay with an automatic payment method, they might have forgotten to pay or the payment was unsuccessful. In such cases the customer should contact our support team.
On the right side you can see a number of your customers that contribute to your 3FF. Below the number you can find other hints and explanations. If the chart is green it means that you have qualified and will receive your product for free in the upcoming delivery.
If you have enough active customers but the chart remains gray it means that you need to activate your 3FF by buying the same product in the same calendar month.
Take note: if you already receive your product monthly for free, the chart will turn green once your monthly order has been processed.
Remember to add your products to your monthly order (see here how to add them). If you do not have them in your monthly order, you will not be able to receive your free products even when you are eligible.
Qualifying month (what is it?)
3FF monthly runs on a calendar month basis. It is important to underline that by activating your product and getting 3 customers with the same product in the same calendar month, you will receive your 3FF reward starting from the next month. For example, if you buy a bottle of Pure Arctic Oil in January and your 3 customers do the same also in January, then you will receive your bottle for free in February and you will be getting it for free as long as your customers stay active on a monthly basis.

What to do before contacting support regarding 3FF?
Before you contact support regarding your 3FF status make sure that you have already checked the following points
Did you buy your product?
Do you have at least 3 customers with the same product as yours?
Have your customers paid for their monthly delivery yet? (different delivery periods)
Is your product added in your monthly order (auto-order)?
Have you paid for your products in the same calendar month as your customers?
