How to contact support?

You can follow those guidelines to be sure that your questions will be answered as fast as possible while dealing with Eqology Customer Service. 


Remember to always mention your EQ ID number in your mail. It saves us plenty of time and work by getting directly to your account. You can find your EQ ID number in one of the mails you get from us or on your account in your account details.


Go to -my account  -my details and then click on  -my personal information

Just like here below:




Here you can find your EQ ID.



If relevant, you can also mention your order number in case you wish to change it or ask about it. Again go to -my account and -my orders.



Just scroll down to your order history and find the order with its number.



When you already have the necessary information you can click on the menu in the top left corner and then -contact us.


Here you can find a form that you can fill in and submit your question. In the subject field you can find the most popular question categories you might choose from.





Your question may look something like this.



When you are ready just click on the send button.




You can also contact us directly by sending us an e-mail to support@eqology.no



Take note: We try our best to answer your e-mails as fast as possible, sometimes it might take us more time due to the workload. You should receive a confirmation back from us within 15 minutes. 


If you wish to call us you can scroll down the form page you have just opened to find our phone number. We are available from Monday to Friday between 9 am to 2 pm.


Take note: the contact number varies depending on your country.
