Here you can find handy explanations used for our most common terms.




Auto-order  

all your products that you order monthly, you receive your auto-order once per month


Take noteauto-order is not equal to your subscription/subscriptions. You may order our products monthly without taking them in the subscription form or you might want to order something only one time, but have it sent with other products you get monthly. 


Subscription

a binding form of recurring monthly orders. Choosing an oil subscription, you will get a Premium Customer Discount of 25% on all single products.

 

- Offered at a reduced price compared to buying the same product as a single purchase.
- Defined per product: each subscription concerns one specific product and has its own terms and binding period, even if your auto-order contains several products.

Take notethe discounts do not combine. 


Pre-paid 

one time pre-paid order consisting of a product supply meant for six or three months (shakes).

It does not renew automatically after 6 months.


Delivery period

there are four delivery periods corresponding to each week of month.

  1. The first period (2-7 day)
  2. The second (8-13)
  3. The third (14-19)
  4. The fourth (20-25)

 

Your auto-order will be processed in the selected time frame. 

 

Take noteif you set an automatic payment method, you will receive a confirmation and the order will be paid automatically whereas if you have a manual payment method, you will receive a payment link via your e-mail box. You may set a preferable delivery period in your account settings. See here: How to change the delivery period.


Test ID

an ID code corresponding to your test. Remember to save the code, otherwise you will not be able to see the results of your test.

 

Take notewe do not have access to the test id codes due to the anonymisation and GDPR regulations. If you do not have the code neither do we.


EQ ID
it is your identification number connected to your personal account, you use that as login to log into your account. If you have any questions regarding your account it is vital to present us with your EQ ID. See here: How to find my EQ ID?
Order number
each order has got its unique number, if you experience any problems with the delivery or if you wish to change something in your order, you should provide us with it while contacting our Support Team. See here: How to find my order number?
Pause

you can pause your monthly order yourself one month per year, if you need a longer pause, please contact our Support Team.

 

Take noteif your account is paused you cannot benefit from the 3FF programme. It gets reset and then after the pause you need to qualify again. 

Take noteif your friend’s account is paused, he does not contribute to your 3FF programme neither. His account will contribute once again after the pause is finished and the following order is paid.

3FF

it is an incentive where you recommend Eqology products and, when three of your referred customers make qualifying purchases of specific Eqology products, you receive a product for free, usually paying only the shipping cost.

There are two main variants of this program:

- 3FF Monthly – based on monthly orders (such as subscriptions/auto-orders).
- 3FF Pre-Paid – based on referrals of Pre-Paid product packages.

Add-on products

those are:

  1. Eqology Measuring Cup 
  2. Shake Spoon
  3. Collagen Spoon

 

You use them to measure the dose of our products. If you lost them or need some of them extra, you can order them yourself on your account.

Value Packs

Eqology Value Packs are predefined bundled subscriptions we offer, made to combine key Eqology products and give a better total value. Take a look at value packs category on www.eqology.com

Free shipping 


General rule for free shipping

Free shipping applies when:
- The order contains at least 2 products, and
- The total order amount is at least 60 EUR (or the corresponding threshold in local currency, depending on the market).

 

 

“1 product” in this context means:
- 1 single normal product, or
- 1 single subscription, or
- 1 single Pre-Paid pack,
 even if that subscription/Pre-Paid contains several bottles.

Delivery options


Eqology offers several delivery options and shipping methods. Based on the provided information, the overview is as follows.

Types of orders and deliveries
:

Auto Order (monthly recurring shipment):
- A recurring shipment sent once per month.
- Products are sent automatically within the chosen period each month.

Additional Order:
- An extra order added to an existing monthly Auto Order.
- It is shipped together with the Auto Order.
- No extra delivery fee (same shipment as the Auto Order).


Extra Order / Direct Order (one‑time order):
- A separate, one‑time order sent in addition to any Auto Order.
- Has its own shipping and handling fee.
 - Also used for customers who buy single products without subscription.

Premium Customer Discount  


Size of the discount:
- Premium customers receive a 
25% discount.
- The discount is calculated from the regular single‑product price and is applied automatically at checkout when the conditions are met.


Eligibility – who gets Premium Status?
You get Premium Status if:

- You have a subscription, Pre-Paid, or Pre-Paid Extension of at least one of these products:
- Pure Arctic Oil
- Pure Arctic Oil Natural
- Pure Arctic Oil Gold
- Pure Arctic Oil Heart & Energy
- Pure Arctic Oil For Kids
- Pure Vegan Oil 


Additional clarifications:
- When you have a subscription to one of the Pure Arctic Oil products, you automatically get Premium Discount.
- The discount becomes available after an order on a subscription or Pre-Paid is placed and paid.

 

The 25% discount does NOT apply to:
- Subscriptions
- Pre-Paid products
- Pre-Paid Extension packages

These subscription and Pre-Paid products are already offered at a reduced price, so the Premium discount does not reduce their price further.
