If you wish to change your order that has already been placed but not paid yet.
If you wish to change your address when the order is already placed but not paid yet.
If you wish to change your address to a different country.
If you wish to cancel your subscription (not on DACH/IT)
If you encounter payment problems.
If your account is blocked.
If your password still does not work after the reset.
If your order has been returned and you would like a refund or have it resent.
If you wish to pause your subscription for longer than 1 month
If you didn’t receive your test results after 30 working days.
If your parcel wasn’t delivered. ( within 10 days)
If your order has been damaged.
If you received wrong products.
If any product/s are missing.
If your name is spelled incorrectly.
