How to cancel my subscription? all markets but DACH/IT

If you wish to cancel your subscription you need to contact our Support Team.

You can call us from Monday to Friday between 9 am to 2 pm. You can find our number in the contact us section. Click on the menu on the top left corner and then -contact us.

Take note: the contact number varies depending on your country.

You can also send us an e-mail using the form in the contact us section you have just opened.

Just fill in all the necessary information, a message may look something like this. When you are ready just click on the -send button.

You can also send us an e-mail with cancellation directly to our e-mail address support@eqology.no

Take note: We try our best to answer your e-mails as fast as possible, sometimes it might take us more time due to the workload. You should receive a confirmation back from us within 48 hours.
