If you wish to return your order (the whole order or partially) you need to do that within 14 days after receipt. We do not accept any returns after this time frame. Please contact our CS Support Team to arrange the return process. You will receive from us the correct return address depending on the country you order to. This will ensure that the returns process is quick and hassle-free and avoids high return shipping costs for you.

Take note: Please do not send any order back to our office in Oslo Norway, to be sure that you return the goods to the correct warehouse please contact our Support Team.
Once we received your returned goods we will issue a refund appropriately.
Take note:If you paid via Wire Transfer you need to provide us with your bank credentials.
