Fresh fish oil tastes neutral and does not smell. A strong odor of fish in omega-3 products tells us that the oil is rancid, which is not good for us. Randic fish oil pulls at our supply of vitamins C and E (our most important antioxidants) so as to neutralize the oxidized oil. Oxidization/going rancid increases the attacks on tissue by free radicals, which is the basis for many illnesses and early aging.
What is wrong with taking rancid oil or capsules? Shouldn’t an omega-3 fish oil taste like fish? Nyomtatás
