Vegetable omega-3 (alpha-linoleic acid) can be found in several foods, but the most important source is vegetable oils. DHA and EPA can only be found in marine products such as fatty fish and fish oil. It is these long-chained fatty acids, DHA and EPA, that give us the principal health benefits.
