EQ Pure Arctic Oil contains fish oil from cod, haddock and saithe. The ratio between DHA and EPA in these fish types reflects the ratio in EQ Pure Arctic Oil. In this case there is more DHA than EPA, which is also the case in most of our body’s cells. The omega-3 oil in Lifeforce is from mackerel and anchovies. These fish types have more EPA than DHA in them, which results in this being the case also in the fish oil in Lifeforce.
