The post office handles delivery of all our packages. Estimated delivery time is 7-10 days after your payment is received. If your package is delivered to your local post office, you will receive a note via sms (if you have given a phone number), or via a letter to your home address, when your package is ready to be picked up. Remember to bring a valid photo id when picking up the package.


Norway
Your order will be dispatched from our warehouse in Norway and it will arrive to you in about a week after we have received payment from you. You will receive a message from your post office, when your package can be fetched. If you have given us your cell phone number, the message is sent to you as sms. If the package is sent to you in a padded envelope it’s usually delivered straight to your personal mailbox. These packages do not have a reference number.


Sweden
Your order will be dispatched from our warehouse in Norway and it will arrive to you in about a week after we have received payment from you. You will receive a message from your post office, when your package can be fetched. If you have given us your cell phone number, the message is sent to you as sms. If the package is sent to you in a padded envelope it’s usually delivered straight to your personal mailbox. These packages do not have a reference number.


Denmark
Your order will be dispatched from our warehouse in Norway and it will arrive to you in about a week after we have received payment from you. The package will be delivered at your delivery address, but if you’re not at located at the address and can receive the package it can be retrieved at the nearest post office


Finland
Your order will be dispatched from our warehouse in Norway and it will arrive to you in about a week after we have received payment from you. You will receive a message from your post office, when your package can be fetched. If you have given us your cell phone number, the message is sent to you as sms. In some cases, if you live far away from your post office, you may have a possibility to get the package delivered to your home. You have to ask the post office about this service yourself.


Estonia
Your order will be dispatched from our warehouse in Estonia and will arrive in about 3- 7 days after we have received payment from you. We use smartpost automatic parcel terminals. Parcel terminals are located in shopping centers, so you can receive packages while running your everyday tasks.


Lithuania
Your order will be dispatched from our warehouse in Estonia and will arrive in about 7- 14 days, after your payment is received. After your package is delivered to your local post office, you will receive a message via sms. In the nearest future we plan to use post24 automatic parcel terminals.
